I received the second pair of glasses over the weekend. Like the first, the lenses are just right. I appreciate the attention to detail and having good eyesight across the full range of my needs thanks to the Varilux lenses.

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Where other company\'s put your name in a system and make you wait for answers, RX Frames n Lenses personally calls the manufacture for answers on availability and then returns your call immediately. I also like to support a family owned business. Can't wait to receive my frames in the mail. Thank you!

I would like to thank Rx Frames N Lenses for their superb customer service. I have looked endlessly for a specific Jhane Barnes frame that I could not find anywhere since it was discontinued. I called up Rx Frames N Lenses on a Saturday, and talked to Dan, who was extremely polite, and said that they could call up the manufacturer first thing on Monday when they were open. I received a call back on Monday letting me know that they were able to track down the exact frame and get it ordered! Hello, I just wanted to tell you how EXTREMELY HAPPY I am with my frames order!!! And thanks for the hard case, that was an unexpected bonus. I had ordered black since that\'s all that was showing online, but got a call last week you were out of black but had a brown pair to sub. I told the CSR that was just fine. The brown turned out to be the most beautiful color, exactly what I would have ordered to start with if I\'d had a chance. Thanks again for out excellent service and having exactly what I wanted!

I have always been a glasses lover, but struggled to find a place that would accommodate my need for giant frames. Until I found Rx Frames n Lenses, not only did they have a very quick response. But they were honest and up front about pricing and didn’t ask questions about my large frames. I sent them in and received them in a very timely manor. Everyone loves them and I’ve told so many people about the amazing service and prices. Would recommend for anyone looking for frames or lenses that don’t break the bank.

I just received my fourth pair of glasses from Rx Frames and Lenses. Again, they did not disappoint. The glasses are perfect and don't even need any adjustments. Clear vision, beautiful glasses. I did receive a lecture from my ophthalmologist of being wary of purchasing on line. I thanked him for his concern but told him I found a fabulous company and wasn't going to pay triple for glasses from the ophthalmologist's office. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They fully stand behind their products. Thanks so much, once again, for perfect glasses!
